built a new computer monday , delivered installed and 2 hours tutorial....
the fkn arrogant coont came to me today complaining he cant send emails, even though i set it up for him!!!!
he says" i messed with some of the settings as it says on the bt internet site and it still wont work" .. dull git..
so i say to him why mess with them they were right, he says" well they cant be if i cant send emails can they" i reply.. they were right as i collected over 60 emails for you when i did the first connect, his wife appeared then and i said to him you shouldnt of changed the settings, he then denied saying he had in front of her!!!, i then said " have you read the built in manual?"... his wife said...NO
at this point im fuming inside, and this coont speaks over me all the time so i cant say anything.... very demeaning.. im trying to be polite and he wont shut the fuk up....
now then hes just been on the phone complaining he still cant send emails, so i tell him how to set it back to how i did it, and then i say... gonna like this.." have you set your firewall app to allow email activity??" as he downloaded kaspersky and installed it... "how do i do that " he says... have you read the manual i ask him.... NO he says.. so i suggest he reads it, all the time hes blaming me for the problem.. so i say to him, turn the firewall off and try to send emails. turns it off, emails fly out!!!!!!!! so i tell him to sort his firewall app out.. then hes waffling on and on and on for about 30 mins about crap he is messing with.. in the end i just say i have to go, before i tell him too fuk off..........
gtrrr right now i could go up there give him his cash back and tell him to fook off to dell and hassle them..
i hate lazy fookin arse people who are too stoopid to read aven the most basic of manuals..
i even put the ms help and support icon on his desktop and he wont even use that..
