manual uk 300s and import 300s are the same turbos!

as for the r32 tubs i should imagine you can adapt them to fit,by using the z water feeds and oil feeds not 100% though

And dont forget that a Rb20dett only has 1 turbo, you need 2 of them, a RB26 Engine car is what you need.

Skylines also had ceramic blades which can explode into fragments.

do u think the R32 GTIR turbos would b better than the standard 300 jobbies as i can get hold of 2 would i need to uprate anything else?

fitting R32/R33 GTR turbos to a Zed can be done but is a LOT of work and is not worth it (IMO)

Turbos are only marginal larger, but can run only 1 bar of boost max. due to ceramic turbinewheels.

fitting GTR 34 N-spec turbos to a Zed is a completely different story and is worth the work. These turbos are comparible to the HKS GT2530 turbos.

not entirely true ;)

the N1 turbos are pretty much the same for all skyline models and can support about 500-550 bhp, the standard R34 turbos still have ceramic blades but can be rebuilt to have steel ones and can hold 1.5 bar and get pretty close to 500bhp and can be bought for £4-500 a pair :)

What turbo upgrade would people recommend that has a good difference from stock but is also reilable and dont need to change other components, roughly how much will they cost fitted cheerz.

all the bigger tubs seem to need a varying degree of modification. but if your going to go bigger than it's forged internals to get the best out of them. ;)

but to be honest not many on here have bigger tubs in a engine that is fully mapped. keep an eye on JD'S Z as I believe he is breaking his car :headvswal and has a set of JWT530BB tubs
