this is the size you should be going for if you want factory spec 225/50 x 16 £86.10 from my tyres.

Those ones are Summer tyres, not all weather types.

but it also says:

delivers maximum resistance to aquaplaning and extreme levels of wet handling.

what tyres would you recomend for all year use bearing in mind that i'm not going to change tyres depending on what the weather is doing?

Personally I'm no tyre expert, and I have Summer tyres on mine (Toyo Proxies), and when I change to 18" I'll probably go for Summer tyres again. So far I've not noticed a problem with my tyres, but then I've not had anything to compare them to.

We need a tyre expert to give us some un-biased advice on the subject.
