I don't know if anyones interested, but with winter approaching. The heater matrix from a Primera fits our cars with a very slight mod to the plastic enclosure and about an hours extra work.....got to take the dash out though.

 

costs less than 1/2 a proper z matrix

 

have done 2 now, 1 being my own, spent a little more time doin mine so I could change it .... if needed without removing the dash again.the other I did last Saturday for another club member....did it in 61/2 hours.

 

 

the matrix looks " more up to the job aswell, as it's 6mm deeper.
