just a quicky what is code 33? on ecu dash light test? im in saftey boost all the time...

Featured Replies

ok just had quick look on the ecu table and its exhaust 'gas sensor left' is this the lambda sensor and would it put me into saftey boost?? ive got my apexi boost controller set to 0.9 but it will only go to 0.7 at best? well anoying......

also just another question while im on the topic, whats the safest boost to run on standard turbos, after ecu upgrade, chip, etc...

No matey, its not a lambard sensor. There are two of them, one either side of the plenium. That itself wouldn't put you in safety boost. Does your car smoke alot on tickover because thats usualy the first sign of them failing. Its not to expensive to change.

Mate im not to sure of this but i believe that once a boost controler is fitted, it will over run any safety boost. Suppose i will be proved wrong in a min LOL

no mate no smoke at all? ive reset the ecu codes and its showing code 55 for now?

as clarkey said in the other thread, have the two plugs been disconnected ? How long has the controler been on. Have you just put it on bud?
