1lB of steak fried and cubed

1lB of mince meat added to the steak

2lB of boilded potatoes

mix it all together and put into casserole dish

fill up with 2 pints of cheese sauce

then bake for 40 mins

Not much really hate waiting for food to cook

My favourite is fresh tuna steaks and mashed sweet potatoe.

Very easy (fry them quickly in olive oil), very fast, do some nice vegetables Al-Jolson to go with it and you're sorted. Maybe put a dollop of creme fresh or soured creme on the fish as you serve it.

I'm the chef in our house - always been a bit of a hobby really.....

 

.....plus the way Julia & I split the housework it means I don't have to clean the toilet ;)

 

My favourite is very hot chilli or a king prawn jalfrezi. Another benefit of not having to clean the toilet :rofl:

my fav

 

boil some spaghetti

fry some bacon cubes

garlic

mushrooms

 

make cheese sauce then mix the bacon and garlic and mushrooms which have been fried chuck it in with the boiled spaghetti in to a pyrex dish cover with lots of mature cheese and sliced tomato UMMM lovely

 

bake in the oven for 20min :D

Sweet Chicken curry.My favourite.

 

2 chicken breasts cubed

1 apple sliced

1 onion sliced

50g sultanas

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 Large tub Mcdonnells curry powder

1tub coconut cream

 

fry the chicken, apple and onion for 5 mins, add sultanas, curry sauce, add brown sugar simmer for 1 hour, add the cocnut cream 5 minutes before the end. Absolutely delicious, and like any curry always tastes better the next day.

Sweet And Sour Chicken.

1 tin tomatoes (drain, just use juice)

1 tin pinapples( drain for juice)

brown sugar

ginger

vinegar

salt

cornflour

Bring to the boil and simmer, add onion, green pepper and pinapple then pou over chicken balls(cubed and dip in batter mix then deep fry)

 

Also bit of a wiz at Thai dishes(4 yrs at evening classes)
