Ive got my car and for some reason i believe it is not boosting right, is there any way i can check whether one of my turbos are blown or if their are any leaks.

How would i go about this problem, what are the signs

what makes you think there's a problem? start with: how far to the right does your boost needle go when you floor it?

 

can you hear whistling? chattering? blowing noise?

join the club. how do you mean not boosting right.. very vague.

well the boost needel goes quite high when flooring it and there is no blowing noises, i was just getting paranoid, happens sometimes, because i dont really know how much they should be boosting at.

your needle, under full chat, should hit the right-hand marker or IIRC just to the left of it (be it +7 or +14 depending on spec). that will be full stock boost. you'll know when youve got a boost problem cos the needle wont go that high!

okay ive checked my car and i am pretty sure it is stuck in the safety boost the needle does not go further then 7 psi, i have no idea what i am supposed to do.

need some help and direction to sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!
