Tips on removing dash please :-(

Think my matrix sprung a leak 2day...But being a plumber i'm not to bothered about it. But i could do with a few tips on how to go about removing the dash to get to the matrix...it's an jap auto tt 1990....

 

Just a bit stuck as i can't find the first screw..... :headvswal

 

Any help/advise would be very helpfulll
