Oil on the drive

Featured Replies

Sprinkle it with washing up liquid and or biologic washing powder and a little water to wet it - soon as it rains it'll do the rest.

Was just about to put that, ;)

If it's a fresh spill use the 'Kitty Litter', available from most good motor factors, then dispose of it in a safe manner (local council refuge recycling depot)....... It's not really Kitty Litter ;) and I don't think that Kitty Litter would do the same job :D, it's actually Oil Absorbing Granules! Only works on fresh spills properly.

Help and advice needed to remove oil spill from driveway. Any suggeestions please.

gunk or jizer, leave to soak then rub with stiff brush and wash off with hose ;) when all nice and clean put a piece of plywood down under sump posistion and bobs ya uncle
