Does anyone know if the Philips Blue Vision Bulbs (type H3, 12V/55W) will fit on a Z?

Thanks for your help.

depends if its UK or JDM or JDM adapted. Standard JDM takes H3C. Do a search for H3C and you will find all the advice you need!

Cheers mate!

I will have a look at previous threads for 'H3C' as mine is a jdm model.

Don't bother with any blue bulbs in the dipped beam mate.

The opaque colour of the lenses combined with the blue coating on the bulbs will make night vision worse as it saps light output.

Do the conversion (search is your friend here) to H3 UK spec bulbs - quite easy to do - and fit uprated H3s. Eg Osram super or Phillips +30%.

Otherwise buy a set of PIAA H3C bulbs - they are twice the cost though but proven to be pretty good.

If you have deeper pockets do the HID conversion - I have this on my UK spec car and it is awesome

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
