I have recently purchased a nissan 300zx non turbo and the dials have not been converted to MPH, and i was wondering if anyone knows A. how easy it is to change this and B. if there is anywhere near brighon that does this?

Zcentre sell KPH > MPH convertors. They also pop up a lot on ebay. They are not difficult to fit (a couple of wires on back of the Clock unit).

The other altenative is to get a set of UK clocks. But these are very hard come by.

Converters are easy to fit, however some people say it messes up the HICAS, other options are UK clocks as have been said or new faces that are in MPH

Just done this yesterday.

This is a straightforward DIY job for anyone with a bit of savvy about them.

However, if you are a complete novice and are unsure, labour at a garage should be less than 2 hours

ps...

if you do it yourself, the multi wire plugs that fasten to the rear of the clocks have a holding clip on BOTH sides - need to be squeezed to release.

I am used toi working on a different car and couldn't work out why the thing wouldn't release with a screwdriver shoved in one side and a tug.
