Hello and welcome.

BHP. How long is a piece of string? So many have had tweeks now-a-days it is hard to say but from a good evenings read through the forum mate you will get a good idea of what sort of BHP the lads on here are achieving. :duffer:

From 300ZX Enthusiasts Companion:

300zx NA 222bhp @ 6,400rpm; 198lb/ft @ 4,800

300zx Turbo US spec manual 300 SAE net bhp @ 6,400; 283lb/ft @ 3,600

300zx Turbo US spec auto 280 SAE net bhp @ 6,400; 283lb/ft @ 3,600

300zx Turbo Euro spec 280 PS @ 6,400rpm; 275lb/ft @3,600

These figures are with full US/Japan emissions control equipment including three-way catalytic convertors and EGR. For various reasons, the 300ZX Turbo in some versions is rated at 280bhp. This applies to the Japanese Domestic Market, where the manufacturers have an agreement to limit outputs to 280, to autos in the US, which ihave different camshaft profiles and fuel injection settings, and to the Euro 2+2 because of its setting for lower octance unleaded fuel.
