A few of you might of seen the post here or on SXOC about the new control box upgrade for those of you with Racelogic Traction Control.

 

 

I have spoken to Mike at Racelogic and if any of us want to jump in on the Group Buy he is running, we are welcome but it's getting near to closing so you'll have to be fairly quick.

The Supra club is also in on this one so don't let them get one up on us! :rofl:

I've ordered one myself as it looks like a really good enhancement to the system.

 

It allows you to fully adjust the slip and change all the parameters that you would normally need to plug in your laptop for.

It will also give you launch control if you didn't previously have that option :dance:

 

 

It's currently priced at £130.00 INC VAT + £8.17 delivery if you get in on the GB, which is a saving of £58.00 off the normal retail price.

They come in silver or anodised blue as standard. Anodised black is an extra £10.00

This is the only GB they are running so this will be your only chance.

it monitors the the differance in wheel speed between the front and the rear wheels and will ony allow the backs to spin a preset percentage more than the fronts. once the parameter is reached it cuts the fuel pulse to stay within the parameters. think this is right, still could be wrong

That's pretty much spot on.

Woud add that rather than just cutting the fuel in one hit, it cuts each cylinder in turn so that the loss of power is controlled rather than just stopping dead, you can tell when it cuts in as youget a nice popping sound as each cylinder of unburnt fuel goes through your hot exhaust in turn :)

Think Jock means it cuts the injector pulse on each cylinder in turn , not each actual cylinder.
