January 9, 200224 yr Apparentyl the clamping force they use has given a few problems regarding the clucth releasing and well thats all i really know id guess if you contact them and ask them about it they might help. Im sure i have a inof at home ill take a look tonight for you
January 9, 200224 yr Cheerz Wazzer. I must say that the clucth is not what I would call brilliant. Mine seems to have a problem going from first to second. But it is fine going through the rest of the gears. If you could find the number that would be great M8!!!!! Laterz Simon H
January 9, 200224 yr I've got an RPS cero mettalic clutch. When itfirst went on it wouldn't release when engine cold and so couldn't get into gear or change gear!! Went Ok when hot. Took it back to SE who couldn't figure it and they spoke to RPS who couldn't either. Eventually SE skimmed my flywheel to give enough clearance. Works Ok now. Much less forgiving than std clutch. But my one is very very light on the pedal. lighter even than my wifes fiesta!! If I was buying another I'd check if the problem is sorted. I get clutch slip in 4th and 5th if I floor it. But thats cos i got lotsatorque. Its rated to 500bhp so maybe...I gotta get on that dyno!! I've not heard of the slave cylinder thingy. Whats the deal?
January 9, 200224 yr You send a copy of your invoice to RPS in the states, and they send you a free slave cylinder to fit... basically..
