So do you think you will still be driving your Z when its approaching being 20 years old?

Must admit, the Z32 was the car I always wanted and still today there is nothing I can see I want to replace it with in reasonable cost. My Z was my daily driver for the last 6 years but now more of a weekend car. Should be kept in better condition that way.

I think i'll still have mine unless I ever come across 99/00 spec type R for sale in the UK.

How much will petrol be a litre in 5 years?????????

I think I'll still have mine - especially with the piss poor resale values these days  Just need to buy a place with a double garage I think :D

I doubt it very much although I would like to think yes. I have a desire for the Z33 or the new Skyline. :D

Yes (at least if not this zed, then another), and by then it will probably look nothing like it does now.

As said above, there is'nt anything for any sort of reasonable price (even 3-4x the value of a typical zed) that interests me as a replacement. (and would'nt ever want to downgrade to the 350z ;))

Its the car I wanted for many many years.

i would not mind a 350z :x:

oppppsssss

*puts on flame proof jacket and helmet ready for the onslaught*

In 1 word. Yes

Unless its stolen of smashed.

Sadley not. I did a load of inversigation a few years ago.

even if you get a 99 spec to the UK you will find you cannot register it as it needs a ESVA, in order to do this you would need a model report. As there is no model report for the 300zx it therefore follows that it will not pass ESVA.

Have to wait for them to be ten years old which is a real sh1t.

This was only brought in a few years ago which is why you see some late zx's in the country. They were imported before the ESVA came about. I have never seen a 99 spec Type R TT for sale in the uk though, always looking

 Craig David (on here) has got a 99 spec

i would bet there are procedures for cars not on the model list...IIRC there is a 1998 one for sale on auto trader so someone got it through the SVA minefield

I'd like to think ill still have a 300zx. I quite fancy an R34 Skyline or NSX next, but id like to think i can keep the 300 aswell.

I'd like to think I will still have myne in 5yrs time...I'd wanted one for 6 1/2 years...am just as mad on them now as I was then, now I have one I can't help thinking why did I wait so long? :)

the way things are at the moment eg people hitting me .by my calculations my car will only be 4 foot long in 5 years time!!! thats what you call a swb lol

joking aside i hope so but also would like a 300zx tt for a weekend track car.

It may not be the same Z, but I would like to think that I will still be a Z owner in 5 years.

The only car around at the moment that could tempt me away would be an R33 GTR V-spec - but I doubt I'll ever afford one.

II can not sell the fooker I will probably be stuck with it untill the British Museum ask if they can have it.hahaha
