Hi there,

Haven't had the Zed long enough to get an MOT done myself, but does anybody know of any good centres within or near the SL post code?.

Virginia Water Motor Company MOT'd my car earlier this year for me with no problems. They managed to fit me in quickly but did have the car all day. The only problem was the rear No plate bulb which they replaced instead of failing the car.

Normal repairs can be very expensive through them though. Haven't kept their number as I am now in Belgium. They are in Yellow Pages though.

There is also a place under the arches in Windsor. Can't tell you much more as I have never used them.

Hope it goes well.

Hey Sheppard,

I don't live too far from you and for MOTs and diagnostic work I actually use Dan Perkins Nissan in Slough.

Most main dealers are crap judging by the comments here, but DP are very good - they have a 300zx specialist working there.

A few local members go there - Gio also speaks very highly of them.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

My problem is that it runs out very soon and I've already asked DP, but they cant fit me in until a week next Monday, and the MOT would have expired by then, but thanks anyway though.
