An after market ECU will do it, speak to John Dixon. UK's are limited to 155mph. Japs to 180kmph

fitted one in mine and it runs great better than the superchips chip that was fitted before and 14psi boost

Cool.... So no probs then? Is it just a simple swap or wot?

When I chipped my last car I just swapped the chip over, idled for 20 mins and Bob was my proverbial uncle! Is it a similar process to this?

Yoiu will probably need a chip to get to much over 155moh anyways. THink a stock Z will do bout 170ish.

I'm interested in this as well, has anybody else bought and used this type of product or dealt with this seller, any comments welcome.

cheers

David

chip arrived a week after i bought it u need to be good with soldering iron to desolder old chip and fit new one (or a tv repair place could do it for you) that can be tricky boost jets are easy,

I can socket the ECU for you if you need it.

A better option than just soldering the new chip in, as you could just simply change it in the future if you needed to. I'd recommend Andys work, as mines running very nicely since he did mine, cheers Andy mate

Cheers for the offer of help Andy, but by the sounds of the reply to my email (below) to the seller everything is included, any further advice though would be greatfully received.

Cheers

David

Hi,

yes this is suitable for jap spec, fitting instructions are also supplied, to install the ecu chip you kneed to de-solder the old chip, in its place solder a chip socket (supplied) you then insert the new chip into the socket. all you kneed to do then is insert the boost jets (supplied) in to the vacuum lines. instructions are step by step with photo's. you will not be diapointed.
