Aircon Rad/Condenser leaking

Not long had my Z'd and was aware that the aircon wasn't working. The guy who sold it to me said it would just need re-gassing, however, I've just had a specialist out to do the deed and when he pressure tested it he found that the aircon radiator was leaking and would need replacing. So my question is how much of a job is it to get out and replace, has anyone had to do it, and has anyone got one for sale?
