Price to pay for a non turbo manual?

after seeing my car my sister wants a 300zx now lol

 

a TT would be to much for her run and handle so a N/A would be the best option

 

see as see has never driven a auto, it has to be a manual

 

what sort of prices do people pay for a mint non turbo manual?
