I really doubt you can sue over having icons at the top of the screen.

It definatly gonna be calle Vista and does look very MAC OS... It's gonna be much better than XP though especially for anyone running an AMD64 Processor which is what it was written & optimised for.

You're probably right. It does look nice though. And yes, it will be called Vista, Longhorn just having been the project codename.

But AMD more so considering most of the 64Bit architecture in the Intel chips are AMD's. I think AMD kept a few things to themselves.
