Clutch

Was just wondering: Since the CC track day I have a little jerking when changing into gear, no slipping or anything. Is this likely to be the clutch or just the linkage bits could do with adjusting(technical term!). The clutch isn't that old. Also is this item worthwhile/good value:

    i know its not a 300, but i fitted a techniclutch to my wifes fiesta rst, & its been superb, the power was upped (via a 2.1cc engine) & a new ford clutch just slipped on boost.

    not to sure about your jerking, are your engine & g/box mounts ok?
