My passenger seat will go forwards and backwards but won't recline. Its bolt upright FFS I there any way i can release it a little to put it in a better position cus my missus is fed up of kissin her feet when she gets in LOL. Im checking the switch today but i think its the motor in the rear part of the seat. Are they easy to strip??

Most seat operation problems are switch based, most likely the reverse switch is not working, however if you unplug the seat power supply and carefully wire it in with the polarity reversed you will be able to operate the recline up button but the motor will go in reverse and lower the back, go past the desired position and stop, then connect the seat again as normal and slowly raise the seat to the best position.

Have done this a few times for peeps so I made up a fly lead with a seat power plug on from a breaker and crocodile leads to go on the battery.
