Dopey Question about dials

Chaps,

 

When extra dials are put in the spare radio slot how easy is it to ensure they are backlit at about the same intensity as the stock guages behind the wheel??

 

Can you adjust the brightness or do you have to trawkl through different guages to make sure one set isnt vastly brighter than the standard display ?
