As above.....every time I pull up at a junction/traffic lights etc the damn thing stalls !! :headvswal

 

Its driving me nuts ! I have to heel and toe all the time blipping the throttle to stop it ! The thing is people think I'm showing off ! Any thoughts guys ? :confused:

Could be sommat silly like a vac leak, need to check all pipes for cracks/splits mate-you got d/valves fitted?

I will check all my hoses over the weekend.....thanks for the advice.

 

What should it tick-over at when warm ? Mine tends to hunt around a bit....sometimes up at 1500 and sometimes 500 - when it doesn't stall that is !!!

Doesnt the valve on the battery side of the plenum adjust the air for when going high to low revs? The manual will probably have steps on how to check it.

There have been reports on here of the PCV valves causing the engine to stall while braking, sounds more like you have an idle problem though, there was a link somewhere on how to get a nice smooth idle, I will have a look for ya.
