Hi guys i would like to come along to the pod to test and tune the N/A sbc motor in my Z32 ready for the jap event next month, im not wanting to compete for trophys, i just want to do a few runs and have a good day out.

hi guys i spoke to shunter yesterday in person. il be comin santa pob on sunday iv just got a zx so im a bit new to every thing but that dont mean i can not handle the car and pull some donuts ha ha. i might need a bit of advice on the engin of some people. i got my zx a couple of weeks ago and it needs some new parts as in rad and stuff i just need some advice on every thing about it.

As i cant make it on the 25th, i had the pleasure of running a 1/4 mile for the first time today. Just to give you guys something to aim for lol.

 

Anyway, i only managed three runs today but heres how they went.

 

1 Reaction time:0.81 60': 2.265 Terminal: 93.7 Time: 14.922

 

2 RT: 0.958 (must have been sleeping) 60': 2.473 TV: 93.2 ET: 15.142

 

3 RT: 0.565 60': 2.319 TV: 94.1 ET: 14.907

 

Have to admit i was quite happy with that. A lot quicker than i expected.

NA Supra was well into the 16s

 

Oh, and did i mention i was the fastest 300zx of the day. :dance:

2 TTs ran aswell. :dance:

3 RT: 0.565 60': 2.319 TV: 94.1 ET: 14.907

I dont think anyone has posted a 14 sec N/A run... until now.

My best to date is a 15.142, same as your second run

My full sheet is 15.142 et. reaction .528 60ft 2.193 and terminal 91.46

 

Since that time was posted I have done a few more mods, so hoping to go sub 15 myself.

Yup, Devlin chip, K&N, intake pipes (all unnecessary pipes removed) and underdrive pulley. That was with the 18s.

 

I dont have any HICAS or cruise control so its a bit lighter.
