How hard would it be to replace Jap spec seats with 'orrible little dial adjustments to fully electric driver/passenger seats and how much would it cost???

I believe about almost all Zed's have Electric drivers seat (I thought it was standard, and not heard on one without), but electric passenger seat was not standard till Phase 2 (1993)

yeh, leather electric seats will set you back anything between £200-£300 second hand.
