I just got in from a night shift. I dont work days just nights all the fookin time 6 nights a week every fookin week. live in bedford working in Lancaster last night and preston all week. Also suffer the day time phone calls and noisey B'stards fixing cars and for some reason they seem to think reving the nuts out of a car is going to fix it???

i used to work nights. although i didnt realise it at the time im sure it was ebbing away at my health. just couldnt get enough sleep during the day and found that i had no free time to myself. glad im back on days (even tho i took quite a bit of a salary cut :( )

Just finished a 12 hour night shift, back in tomorrow evening at 7 till 7 Monday morning, I hate it and your right it ****s your health up.

yeah heard that too, shift workers dont last as long!! frigging hell vinniboy feel for ya bud on night all the time must be hell!! at leat i get 2 weeks off in my 5 week shift cycle!!!
