Bent Rim

Looking at a set of rims to potentially buy, they are 3 piece and one of the rims is bent (looks like it has hit a kerb or pot hole or something)..

Can I get the rim straightened and fixed / is it safe getting this done or shall I not even consider this option.

May be a good deal if I can fix the wheel safely (would rather pay more than have an unsafe wheel on the car).

your looking at the same ones i am on ebay..

bring them to a wheel referbisher...

they can do it cheap enough.. and they can do it safely...

Ive had cracks fitted before but I bent rims  dont know if Id bother or not

anyway by the time youve fetched them paid for them your probably half way toward a brand spanking new set

chris :D

so Personally I wouldnt buy wheels that were broke already bit pointless/asking for it! if it brakes when you own it then sometimes youve got no alternative as to have it fixed just put that wheel on the back and dont do stupid things that will put the wheel under huge pressure
