hiya, just bought pair of baileys dump valves and K&n induction kit and was wondering if any1 has fitted these themselves and whether or not they were easy enough to fit or u have hints or tips on fitting them or does any1 know a good garage in Glasgow/Lanarkshire area that would help?

i've just put dump valves on mine and they are quite easy to do the hardest part is getting the old re-circs off as the clips are prob rusted and i had to remove the oil cooler and electric fan to get to the back mounting bolt on the re circ valves

cheers, ive only had a look for 2mins, didnt have time at lunch, is it easy to find the old ones+do u need to take the lights or the front end off the car to get2them?

did bailey valves on mine a couple of months back. hardest part is removing everything else to give you enough working space.

 

no need to take out lights or remove front end of car :confused:

 

just remove air filter/box, may also need to remove oil cooler ( wont need to disconnect it just move it out the way). the old valves are on the far left/right kind of below the lights. IIRC there are 3 hoses running to them.
