Good morning all, I wonder if anyone could help me out with some details of good reliable garages in my area, I live in hertfordshire. Its cambelt service time and would prefer to take my pride and joy somewhere that is reccommended by someone who knows what they are talking about, eg All you wonderful people.

Any assistance would be most gratefully received.

I think its a toss up between Zen Garage(Topless) and ZTech(Baggins) as we dont have any specialists any closer :eek:

 

I think Zen garage is West London and Ztech is Wiltshire :wack:

 

Both of these traders are on the forum.

Either way your looking at an extra £30+ in juice just to get their.. :headvswal

Hi Dave,

Nice to see another Zed in St Albans.

I'm keen to find a decent garage myself. I do know a guy in queensbury who knows his way around these cars, but it is still a pain in the backside to leave my car with him.

 

If you find a decent garage near here, please let us all know.

Thanks for the advice blackmagic, its much appreciated, I will have a look and see which is more convenient and provides the best drive (might as well have fun while I am at it)

 

i will certainly let you know how I get on mike, will drop you a line in the next few days if that is ok, would be good to meet up. is your Zed a black one on a K plate? saw one a couple of weeks ago at sainsburys.

 

I now have to go and oil my ariel (how bad does that sound?) lol

You could try ringing Will @ CarworX on 01438 871188, hehas worked on Jap cars inc. scobies, supras, fto's, 3000GTO's, Hondas ans ownes a near 500BHP R33 Skyline that he has built himself.

They are based in Whitwell in near codicote so not a million miles away fom you mate.

Yes Dave, mine is the black one on a K plate.

Often found in sainsbury's car park on a saturday for the weekly shopping trip. Don't I sound domesticated!
