Hi paul

Yeah had mine done about 8 weeks ago, the car feels a lot tighter and seems to respond better, cost a small fortune to fit, and then it brought thing to my attention I didn't know about frown.gif make sure when they put your rear transmission back on they make sure all the bolts are correctly tightened unlike mine which were not, mine came loose and the transmission nearly fell out, not good!!

Hope that answers your question biggrin.gif

Are your bush sets the ones offered by Johnny and Luke from the Z-Centre?

Just fitted poly set to Shabir`s car, the set was from Luke and included a lot more bushes than required. Its a kind of universal set and I did laugh at the instructions were it said to lift the body off the chassis to fit the body bushes!!!

Hardest part is the rear sub frame ,diff, Hycass and cooler (UK) removal. Also it does also sometimes show up other probs like rusty exhausts andd the like.

Ok i think i need bushes, (rear wheel play ya' see) but only a little.

But i only need the 7 each side as they all seem a little sad.

Can i buy the rears sets alone as the rest of the car i've already done.

harve.

This may be a bit of a silly question but What is the life span of these bushes and the difference in performance between the standard bushes?

May I ask, does this cure rear end crabbing, or would peeps recommend fitting replacement shox first. My zed does the wobbly back end thing over drain covers, still feels positive enough but Ive never driven a Zed that didnt arse-end crab so... dunno smile.gif

I always thought this phenomenon was a quirk of HICAS but Im sure it isnt supposed to do this so any ideas fellas?

Thanks as ever,

These bushes should last for the life of the car cos there urathene and not rubber which perishes i think..My car swings out on the rear very badly over potholes etc. Warren went in it and said his was exactly the same as mine before he changed the rear shox. It can also be the ball joints in the end of your hicas rack worn, jack the rear and look for side to side play on the rear wheels. I think Craig had this problem once.

Paul

I had the rear subframe ones done a while back. No problems, no complaints, a harder ride now.
