i was out there for 3 hours taking pictures. took in excess of 150 pics to get 3 usable ones lol hey it was worth it tho .

Years ago I went to tunisia :rolleyes:

thunderstorms everynight with lightening like the above.

Never caught it on camera though, although nobody had digicams then.

They are not bad mate. Did you get any more? I know its kinda luck that you are pointing the camera at the right time

i did get a few as there was so much lightning but due to me not having atripod and using slow shutter speeds they came out a bit blurry shame really this one would have been brilliant if it wasn't doubled up.

remember the quality has been reduced to fit on the forum

Missed all this as in scotland last week, sounds like it was great :D Peeded me off tho as all uk flights were delayed for over 2 hours trying to get back to Southampton on Friday!

east cliff.. but looking at some of the other pictures on the bbc website mine arn't that good , but hey im a beginner photographer :rolleyes:

 

ps martin i have been looking out for your z dude round bournemouth havent seen it yet you must be driving it to fast (good man lol) :p

Now that was worrying. All that metal and all those gantries with all those cables. Just ended up getting soaked. Another day another dollar?

Great pics, i was coming back from Barks house in Nuneaton to mine in a pretty big lightning storm in my 200, had some great fun :D

Hehe could well be the case but you will only see me driving at weekends as use the mondeo during the week. I have seen a few down here and got a wave back from a gray one. Should I spot you (black swb - good choice :D) I will pull over for a chat ;)
