Fookin to55ers do it everyday...

Two lorries and about four or five cars all strewn across the M25.

Do these people leave their brain at home or what?

Do they just have a general disregard for other peoples safety or just wanna be a numpty all their life.

Right...I feel better now...just had to eliviate that from my thoughts...

sorry peeps :slap:

I saw one better than that on the M1 on Monday..

There was a lorry on the hard shoulder..

With a VW Golf attached to the front of it.. but not by the back bumper, no.. By the passenger side of the car!

Looks like Mr Golf pulled in a bit too early, got turned around by the lorry and ended up stuck to the front of the lorry until he pulled onto the hard shoulder and stopped..

Now that's what I call driving close :D

No no no. Not better than the crash on the M6 a few weeks ago.

Near Junction 25, a lorry's cover came off and landed on a car on the other side of the motorway. The lorry ended up jack knifing blocking the motorway. Lucky dispite a car getting completely covered with the tarpauling (that how you spell it?) there was no accident on the otherside of the motorway.

A recovery truck came to pick up the lorry and ended up crashing into the central barrier on the other side of the motorway. So we had both sides of the motorway blocked on a monday rush hour morning.

lol....Just gets better and better doesnt it!

The one this morning involved a lorry hitting the back of a yellow mini and drove it up onto another lorry's back end and nearly over the central reservation...the other cars were stoved in too and were littered over about a 200metre stretch.

My mate said there was a scooby in half on the M4 yesterday after it hit a lorry that was stationary on the hard shoulder.

The 'car stuck under the front of the wagon' problem is very common around the M6/M62.

Usually it's a foreign truck driver who cant see that someone is sat in the middle lane just in front of him when he decides to pull out to overtake. Bingo, the poor sod in the middle lane doesn't know whats hit him until he's doing 60 sideways, with the word SCANIA poking in through the passenger side window!

Scares the living crap out of me just thinking of it!.

And whilst I'm ranting, whatever happened to a 2 second gap?

whatever happened to a 2 second gap?

the same thing that happned to the "Mirror, Signal, Manouvere"

Just doesnt happen any more

Is it just me? but I think it would be fun to T-Bone the next cooont that cuts in without signal :nono:

Obviously I wouldnt for fear of damage to the Zeeeeee or the innocent occupants but these drivers are just plain ignorent

lol at my spelling....its cack :nelson:

LOL.. they ought to take F1's example. 30 seconds is the gap between those cars isn't it? ;)

Seriously considering this myself. I get carved up on average about three or four times EVERY MORNING and EVERY AFTERNOON on the A40, by ignorant cnuts who don't believe that THEY have to give way when coming onto a major road from a slip road. This morning some bint threw her brand new 206 in front of me from the Greenford slip road. She was far more concerned with her mobile phone call than looking where she was going, when I blasted the horn she just stuck her middle finger up at me from the side window, and then carried on waving it about once she was in front of me. Had a kid in the car next to her too! :slap: :mac1: :headvswal

Funny how when they have carved you up, they think it's your fault!?!? :slap:

X-biker - that's why it should be legal to nerf on public roads. It'd sure slow the buggers up if they thought they'd be spun out!

I enjoy the cheery wave and welcoming tootle on the horn that greets me when someone driving WAY too close behind me realises that I'm slowing down to give myself and them a bigger - and therefore safer - gap in front. Oh the pleasantries that exist on the roads today.

Just a thought - How many of us would fail the test if we took it again?

the same thing that happned to the "Mirror, Signal, Manouvere"

Nah people take it too literally, and miss out the silent "Look" from the start of the saying.

Need to get all these dippy drivers on a MotoX track and then see if they'll cut in front of me without a ton of metal protecting them...I dont fookin think they would... :nono:

They'd go down quicker than Paris Hilton ;)

And doubly so from overtaking at 1/2 Mph more than the other guy :slap: .

I generally find that lorry drivers are quite repectful and considerate on the roads (unless they are trying to overtake each other at 1mph for 5 miles of motorway! :mac1: )

I think it would be interesting to re-do the survey that shows that women are safer drivers than men (and therefore get cheaper insurance) as the vast majority of aggressive/inconsiderate/moron drivers I encounter these days are women under about 40!

lorries are awful and there dangerous very

should be took of the and put back on the trains

english industry would flurish again

bar a few redundant lorry drivers but weve just finished 10000 odd at rover and no ones kicked upa fuss about that!

I live between the M4 and the M40, and next to the M25, I never see a car going over 25mph at the best of times! LOL!!!

I'll second that, put the lorry containers back on the trains! I've been travelling the south coast roads from Plymouth to Poole/Bournemouth a lot, awful!!

lol...Not aimed at lorrys bud....

Im talkin bout the average mondeo man/luxury car drivers...

I have found lorry drivers to be the better drivers on the roads...You guys actually use your indicators

... unlike poxy car drivers who know where there going so feel no need to let anyone else know :nono:

There is one major personel reason to like lorry drivers...this is :-

They stop the ignorent fookers from cutting down the outside lane when its three lanes into two....ive seen many a lorry stop people jumping queue's and i think its bloomin marvelous...I pmsl every time...

SO a big thanks to these guys ;)

CHEEKY BUGGER :slap:

:D

i know what you meen about HGV drivers pulling over to stop traffic

this is the best laugh i ever had ............

i remember years ago, i was going down the m1 around J28

beign high up i noticed everyone was braking hard, because of an accident

i looked in my mirrors and saw a ford escort flying up behind me.

so i pulled over into the middle lane and straddled the outside lane and put my hazards on to stop everyone.

well...this escort was,nt having it

he swerved across and overtook me on the inside lane

when he was passing me,he was so busy pipping his horn and sticking two fingers up at me, that he never noticed the standing traffic in front of him and smashed straight into the back of a transit van

well...i have never pissed myself so much in all my life

he must have felt a right plonker :slap:
