Just dont go down dude .. you have enough trouble by the sounds of it .. :-)

lmfao dont worry mate i aint that way inclined (and i hope my boss aint cause he is paying lol)

I used to suffer with them quite badly but now I take 1 Zinc tablet each day (helps immune system) use Neutrogena lip balm SP20.....much like a lip stick and put it on regular through the day....if your lips stay moist and undamaged they won't be easy targets for cold sores.

....I can say 100% that Zovirax doesn't work unless you get the cold sore at blister or earlier even then you still get a 'scabby lip', you can see the doctor and get tablets that fight the infection from the inside (and not on the outside when they are out!!) these are Avilicor (main ingredient in Zovirax!!) and stop the infection all together...

....then just use the lip balm and keep taking the Zinc....

I've been doing that since January (after course of tablets) and have not had one since!!!

:)

Hope that helps....

lol nothing personal ;)

good to see you alive though matey, i hope its all going well

Zovirax pays my wages (indirectly), so keep taking it.

However, once you've got that stuff it'll keep coming back forever. Keeping yourself healthy and looking after your body will help fend it off though ...

WTF is a clod sore :rofl::rofl:

why do people call them cold sores when the real name is HERPES :D:D

That sounds like good advice. I get the little fookers now and agian only on my lips. If I get one I feel a slight tingle on my lip and within a couple of hours the b'strd appers. I am going to try the zinc and hopefully owe you a pint.

Thanks Mat

Vince :duffer:

Blisteze is what I've always used.... BUT it's only affective if you use it the very moment that you notice the 'tingle'.... ie first thing in a morning. All remidies are a total waste of time if you don't do something straight away.

So sorry to say, but if you've already got the 'Corn Flake' on your lip, well you've got to sit it out!

You could always cut your lips off with a sharpe knife, then the Cold Sore won't EVER come back!!! :D

FPMSL,but they you would probably still get them on your balls
