dipstick tube routing

Anyone got a photo or drawing/pic of how the dipstick tube on a TT is routed/located.

 

My old one is shafted and I need to pull it out and route the new one - the old one hasnt took the proper route and is kinked so I cant just push the new tube in the same area . . . .

    Jay, I fitted one to mrogers car, cant remember how it was routed, but do remember it was easier to route and fit from underneath. Sorry I cant be more helpful :rolleyes:

    is it best to take passenger wheel off then mate? bear in mind im doind this on a driveway :)

     

    did you take anything else off?

    Do you remember where the bolt securing the tube goes/is?
