Seriously, how much could you afford on a UK track event.

 

I looked into it and it would be at least 50/60quid with too many people. I'm wondering how many people can push the boat out to £100-130quid. This is for something like a half day test track event with 2 instructors. Obviously it's a bit wet now and we'd be looking at next spring.

 

If there are not enough 300s, I'd invite the supra guys.

 

What would you suggest the earlest date to risk booking it, to avoid the wet?

 

As for now, I'm going to sort out a skid pan for the winter, I've been reccomended one and I'll be finding out details. I think it's in Bracknell and assume it's less than £100! Interested?

 

 

why don't we all join the 200 plus club and get a bigger discount on track days there's already 3 of us z's in it already. i'll be honest i'm saving most of my dosh for lemans and engine mods next year as i can always have a bit of a blast at the cruises anyway

if memory serves it costs 15 quid to join. you'll all be eligable as you all have over 200 bhp and some of the benefits for a start include cheaper tyre and oil and a better chance of getting onto a proper club stand at the shows they had a stomper at silverstone and they also have club meets all over the country

i checked out the site, and the local southern site as well.

 

they meet once a month about 15 miles from me, so i may go along to the next one and have a look.

 

some scary looking cars though...

looks llike it could be called 400plus club in some cases.
