grounding kit and airguide panels

ok this is probably a really stupid question, but i fitted my grounding kit last night (cheers shrimpy!!! :hyper: ) and i also have airguide slam panels from smithy.

 

i bolted the grounding kit flat to the bulkhead underneath the airguide panel - but this doesnt look right - should the grounding kit be on top?!?

    a clean conection touching metal is fine i tried fitting my g kit underneath but found it better on top so id put it on top
