Im fitting my Viper/Border wings soon and dont really want to cut holes in them to put the indicators in.

Is it a legal requirement to have the wing indicators?

Will I have to get the mirrors with the indicators in?

Or will the indicaters in the front bumper do?

Thanks :duffer:

This has been answered before IIRC - PaulC is an MOT tester and will confirm this, I believe.

As long as you can see the indicators flashing from the side view of the car it's OK. I don't think the front ones wrap around enough to see clearly from the side but repeaters on the mirrors would be OK.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Check with the MOT testers guide, im sure its only for cars after a certain year, but if memory serves me well, its after 1986, which means you have to have them fitted, but do check it to be sure.

mine only has the jap spec inicators, that are visible from the side. see sig

side repeaters must be fitted unless wrap round front lamps are fitted which are visable from the side!

HTH :)

Cheers Paul...Do the ones on the Zed classify as wrap-arounds??

Ta

Seems like the Jap ones will be ok. The uk ones wont.

Just modify your mirrors to have the repeaters in them.

Mines a uk car, just got jap spec indicators

Mines a uk car, just got jap spec indicators

So your Zed is like Mine (A J-spec Uk Model)  :D
