Group buy on Intercoolers circa £360

I have just spoken with Forge Motor Sports http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/motorsport/products/intercooler.html who make Intercoolers amongst other things.

Look at the one for the Sunny FM INT -GT12, it's huge.

The guy there reckons he could make a large intercooler for the 300zx for about £360 inc vat!!

He would need a drawing or a car to copy one from. He can also make the pipes etc.

Who is interested and who could help with the drawing or has an intercooler upgrade we could copy?

If he has a car he can copy he can have it fully specified with all the right connectors etc, and for suitability on the 300, AND, if we get 5 people it will be about £320 inc vat!!

Every other intercooler I have looked at is over a grand inc vat.

Come on Guys, if you want to run bigger boost this is a must, and at those prices...

P.S. Warren, you have an HKS Intercooler don't you? biggrin.gif:

Hmmmmmmmm- Am very interested too at that price but have known for the front mount intercoolers not to be of very good design. It can cause the car to overheat as it sits directly infront of the rad. SE also designed a front mount and came across the same problem, so ditched it and stuck with the singles.

Think i will wait to hear ur results b4 i make a decision. Neva know, it might work.........
