Yeah, no doubt that is true in some cases.

But then saying that people from council estates are thick, not true in all cases. Always exceptions to everything, however the trend that is noticed is that chavs come from council estates, and with chavs comes teenage (and now twelve year old) pregnancies, i think this is the observation Shaun was trying to get accross.
