:eek: Must say I was taken aback this morning when I heared the news. She's been around so long now it's as if we know her personally & she's one of the family so to speak. Just goes to show how no one knows what 's around the corner for any of us. :cry:

It is sad but what gets me is if she wasnt famous who would know about it. When my nan died of cancer the obituary in the local paper just didnt do her justice.... i hope it just makes more people aware of the dreaded C that they take care to have check ups or check themselves regularly. I hope she will be O.K. but she needs to put a bit of weight on. It cant be good for you being that thin. :cry:

It should have been her voice box. Lets face it she carn't sing and her only redeming feature is cosmetically enhanced. + With a set of nashers like that you expect her to be call trigger. Mind you having said that if she was on all fours with the nose bag on then I might be tempted to have abit of a knock.

it is a shame, but as has already been mentioned it seems unfair that a famous person being ill can get so much coverage.

 

just hope it acts as a trigger for all the people fortunate enough not to have ever had a friend or family member suffer from a form of cancer (the "it wont happen to me" people) to put their hands in pockets for some of the charities doing all the research.

 

wish her all the best, and alright she cant sing but has a natural ability to perform - something lacking in most of the supposed stars coming out of the 'popstar idol the rivals' etc shows.

Absolutely. I think we all as individuals know someone who has had cancer. It effects everyone in some way these days.

I myself know of three people who have died of cancer so I'm sure it's not just me.

Yep your right, but i think its that it diagnosed more these days. My Wife has had a few bits and removed due to Cancerous cell. She claim that I'm th most malignant thing in her life though.

 

However I'm suspicious that Kylies anouncement has come so soon after the discovery that Prozack and E's kill cancar cell's. Do you think its just an excuse to be constantly out off her face.

Just found out to night that a good friend, my brothers old next door neighbor Has had it spread to her lungs. She's been in remission for over a year poor cow.

Shame....
