Yellowstuff or Greenstuff?

I'm about to stick some 300zx calipers on my S13 and am wondering which pads to go for.

I am considering yellow or greenstuff from EBC

Does anyone have an opinion, advice or experience on this?

Jezz.

I've done 4200mls on my EBC greens including a track day and there's still plenty of meat on them. I've got grooved disks as well, which tend to accelerate wear.

Stopping power is excellent, work well from cold, don't be tempted by reds as they, are better for track use since they take a while to warm up.

GreenStuff for 'fast road' use

RedStuff for fast road / track use

YellowStuff for nutty bastards, I mean only track use biggrin.gif

The YellowStuff needs the highest temperature (of the three) before they are at their optimal performance.

(All that from the back of the GreenStuff box)

Methinks I'll probably go with the greenstuff then.

Suits me cos they are cheaper. smile.gif

Doubt the yellows will even warm up on a car using 300 calipers that weighs just over 1 ton.

Cheers,

Jezz.
