Mine was a Ford MK III Cortina ... LOL

Cost me .. yes we actually paid for our own cars then .. £150.00

First car was Nissan Sunny 1.6GLX Coupe, and I loved her! Currently got a Ford Ka(ck), hoping to get a Zed in the next couple of months, having wanted one since I was 14!

i had an vauxhall nova salloon, it was lowered 60 mil had gsi trim, 15"alloys home made spot light grill lots more, also it was a 1 litre that done 110 mph at the time i thought it was faster than a cossie lol

3.4 xj6 s2

Mk 3 Cortina , picture it in your mind , mustard yellow with brown vynel seats hmmmm a real babe puller eh! :hurl: :hurl: :hurl: a bit like the driver (before somebody else says it)

then i had a fiesta rs1800 a genuine one, lowered 50 mil,15" alloys that done 135 mph

then i had a golf mk2 with a vr6 engine and running gear 17" alloys that done 140 mph

then i got me zed with 18" alloys and that does 155 mph god only knows where i will go next (another zed with bigger alloys and bigger top end probably lol)

LMFAO .. Mine was mustard yellow as well .. but had black seats. I even managed to crash it into a petrol pump on my provisional licence .. LOL ..

Good times ... no shortage of girls though ... :-)

I had a Yellow Marina with go faster stripes, vinyl roof and a green boot. Quality motor :D

A 1976 Cavalier Mk1 RWD saloon 1.6gl :o

Actualy it was a pretty good car in its day - followed it up with the 1.9 then the 2.0 coupe (Manta style).

I rebuilt the engine in the Coupe adding twin webbers, a Janspeed etc and it really went well at the time :D

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Hmmmmmmmm - a Hillman Avenger 1500 Twin Carb Super N Estate with alloys, an aftermarket Sparkrite electronic ignition kit attached to the coil and a single electric front window conversion. Thopught it was the mutts nuts at the time.

My 1st car was a white XR2 with a few mods, cherry bomb exhaust and lowered so much that there basically wasnt any suspension.

1st car: 1989 Peugeot 309 which i still use and hasnt had any problems in 20,000 miles

2nd car: 1990 TT 300zx which i totalled last year

3rd car: 1990 300zx TT SWB which i will be driving again from next week

Well ........... the first ... and I dunno whether it really counts was a Bond Bug !!!!!!!

Followed a while later by a Fiesta Supersport.
