recently took on the chalange to repaire my zed when it started pressureising the colling sytem after spending considerable amounts on reconing the cylider heads and turbos i set on the big re-build after a long hard week my zed was ready to be turned over to prim the oil pressure up then the grand finally the start up then nothing just turning over and over so cheked for spark ok cheked for fuel pressure ok (both sides of the injector rail) removed a plug bone dry no whiff of fuel leads me to belive not injecting. not had time to look any closer but dont know whether low brake fluid/no drive belt to a/c pump or powersteering pump or low power steering fluid have a part to play ay ideas ? :(

give ryan @ z tech a ring he will help and even advise you ring on 07968166640 ;)

First check ECU connector (if you disconnected it during the rebuild)

 

Then remove CAS, but leave it connected to the wiring harness, put ignition on and turn the CAS manually, the injectors should make a clicking sound.

If not, check the connectors and/or wiring harness of the CAS and injectors.

Thaxs will try that do i need to disconnect the ignition when spining the CAS incase she try's to fire

Your turning the CAS manually so it wont fire... :)
