just found this site and would like to tell you about my ZX300 i live in Nantwich, Cheshire

White ,manual twin turbo 1992 uk model, 81000 miles bought from a friend four years ago. he had it since it was about 11 months old. so i do know a lot of its history.

However recently i have wore the inside of the offside tyre away rather fast.

also there is a scraping sound when i go around right hand bends and maybe the rear to if i am hearing ok

Took to main agent cos i thought there was some play somewhere only to be told they cannot find anything amiss with the suspension or steering ?

has anybody had similar probs? or shed some light my way

it needs a 4 wheel alignment,these cars have a habit of scrubbing tyres,worth checking certain bushes on suspension,but id defo try 4 wheel alignment first

mine was like this, just the driver side front tyre...not a tracking prob....I put it down to the top bushes which sadly I did not have a chance to prove or disprove.

This is common on theese cars though so worthh getting it checked!! :hyper:

Do what everyone says and get Laser 4 wheel alignment done!! Welcome to the joy's of ZX ownership dude!! :bow: Was born in Nantwich, Cheshire but have lived in Cornwall most of me life... Chips & Gravey anyone!! :nono:

thanks for all your replies i am going to get 4 wheel laser alignment done see if that clears it.if not will try new upper arms . Will keep you all posted when i sort it.
