I'm sure mines on it's last legs. I replaced it about 2 years ago, but I'm sure my mate got me the wrong one. What I need to know is the correct cranking amps I need. The one I got 2 years ago is 475 amps, but I'm sure I saw a post saying it should be over 500.

Cheers

Have you checked the water level in your battery?

Checked mine last weekend as it was not holding the charge, it took a full bottle of

top up water from Harrys.

It has been fine since.

Hi ya Vijay - how's it going m8?

I recently changed my battery as the old one died on me the first night it was really cold. I changed it for a 680amp one (I think it had "for diesel engines" written on it). No problems with it at all. Just beware that you get a new battery with the poles on the right side as the leads in the Zed are not very "stretchable" if you know what I mean.

Cheers mate!

cheers Danny, that's exactly what I needed to know. I didn't want to get what the so called "expert books" say, who tell you to put in a battery with the same amp output as a 9v pp3 battery.
