Hicas/Power steering prob

My TT seems to losing powersteering fluid. The Hicas light comes on, I top it up, it goes off for a while and before long its on again.

 

I live in london so there must a lot to pressure on the system from parking and driving at slow speeds. It seems to be getting worse - can anyone recommend a mechanic in london that specialises in powersteering/zeds?
