i know its in the wrong place but i need help from members for this show as its all for charity

this is in the midlands area for events but some of you my not of looked

payment and info for how many days you want your car on show and camping

gto,skyline,mr2,ect.... clubs already booked and want more space but need some zeds there to out do them.

Dear Club Founder/Organiser

Just to let you know that the date for the show is 11th and 12th June 2005 which is a Saturday and Sunday!

The entry prices are changed slightly higher due to the council wanting more rental money for the ground and for the camping! The rise is minimal and therefore should not create a problem as far as we are concerned.

Show Car and driver for the Weekend - £7.00

Show Car Passengers for the Weekend - £ 4.00

Show Car Driver for one day - £ 5.00

Show Car Passenger for one day - £ 2.00

Camping per day per pitch - £ 4.00 Available on request for Friday night after 7.30 PM (Strict rules as last year)

Children under 5 free

Children over 5 but under 10 - 50p

Children over 10 - £ 1.00

Trade stands £ 50.00 per day with £ 20.00 deposit up front for each day- Limited spaces so first come first served.

Show cars will be needed on site by 8.30 a.m at the latest to allow set up time and will not be allowed of site in their cars before 5.00pm unless guided by a marshall!
