Dear All,

Driving home this evening and I started getting this weird buzzing noise from above the small panel behind the two interior lights in the centre of the car. Sounds like there's an electric motor in there or something but I've no idea why there would be one -- seems a bit of an odd location since there's nothing up there apart from the lights and the centre strut between the targa panels. Anybody got any ideas? It's driving me nuts.

I'll see if I can get it open on Friday since I'm planning to fit my new stereo then so I might as well disassemble a bit more of the interior whilst I'm at it. ;)

Thanks,

Bart

There is a fan in the upper interior lights ... always fooks up ... do a search for more info mate ...

There's a fan up there that draws air in to a sensor for the climate control.

It can get a little noisy.

There's a link on the net somewhere about it.

I'll see if I can find it.

All to do with temp control ... mine goes wierd sometimes as well. Fortunately not often, but occasionaly has a funny turn.
