ECU chipped or not ?

Just had EU out and in bits, the EPROM is socketed. There is a silver label on the EPROM and all that is hand written on it is 1991 16.27 or /99/16.27 and AB9121J1. My question is, has it been chipped, and if so, with what ?

Any help anyone ?

    Well if it has been socketed then it shouldn't be the standard chip. Cant help you out with those numbers though.
